Use the Law of Vibration to Increase Your Satisfaction

Of all of the Universal Laws to work with, I think the easiest and quickest “bang for your buck” is to figure out how to work with the Law of Vibration. If you can raise your vibration at any given time it will give you a sense of satisfaction in that particular moment. When we add these little moments of satisfaction up over time, our overall frequency is raised and that helps us attract the things we want.

Everything is made up of energy, even us. Energy is always moving at some frequency and when we focus our thoughts, emotions and actions with intentions with what we want, our energy shifts to a different frequency. This happens through the Law of Vibration which in a nutshell, states that each of us are towers of energy that are emitting frequencies that match our vibrational level.

Satisfaction means a lot of different things to people. There are moments of satisfaction such as when you figure out a problem that has been bothering you or finish folding the last load of laundry or even when you are enjoying your first cup of coffee in the morning. But how do you live a life of overall satisfaction? It’s one of those questions that has no right or wrong answer but something each of us has to figure out ourselves. Everyone’s definition of satisfaction is different.

I don’t have an answer to how to have a satisfactory life, but I have figured out a way to stack my day with moments of satisfaction with help from the Law of Vibration. I think the more small moments of satisfaction we have throughout our day, the more we can raise our internal vibrations over time thus increasing our overall frequency. When we do that, we will be able to pull back our perspective and the way we look at our lives and be able to see the good things to be grateful for, therefore giving us an overall feeling of satisfaction.

What’s the best part? It’s figuring out ways to raise your vibrations during the day which is super fun! The simple question to ask yourself is: what would make me feel good right now? You see, the hack to raising your vibrations is through feelings. If you have never stopped to think about what would feel good, then this may take some experimentation.

Here are some of my favorite ways to quickly raise my vibrations:

  • Listen to an upbeat playlist (bonus if you have a theme song!)
  • Have a dance party with my kids
  • Take a 5 minute walk or stretch outside
  • Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate!
  • 10 Deep breaths
  • Write 5-10 things I’m grateful for.

These are just my favorite that take less than ten minutes but I have many, many more and I suggest you should make a list of things that will give you a boost of high vibrations. The more we take time to find the little bits of satisfaction in our lives, the more our overall satisfaction with life will be!

Discover Your Manifesting Magic to Work with the Law of Attraction

Manifestation is a hot buzzword these days. I feel like I’ve heard just about everyone say it in some context, whether it be my favorite spin instructor or a random “social influencer.” We were on an animal sight-seeing tour recently and the tour guide suggested to us that we “manifest” the animals so we could see them (we totally did by the way). The concept of manifestation is very exciting and it’s easy to get lost in the endless possibilities of what you can bring into your life if you only…manifest it. Of course, it’s not quite that simple, and manifestation doesn’t quite work in the way you want or expect. And to make matters even more complicated, we manifest everything in our lives, not just the things we want.

Getting past the mental anguish of discovering that you are actually attracting all of those annoying things that are driving you crazy is a hurdle that could take some time to overcome. However, just recognizing that you have a natural manifestation path can get you started to make some little tweaks which may help shift your mindset and give the Law of Attraction a quicker route.

The first handy trick to change what you’re manifesting is to take some time and go back through past events, situations, conversations, and thoughts that you’ve had and try to weave together some sort of overarching theme to them. That may sound a little bit much, and it’s not always the most light-hearted or flattering look, but it does lend to some interesting insights. It’s through this that I believe each person has at least a couple of very specific pathways of manifestation that if shifted can make some really impactful changes in her or his life.

For example, as I’ve gone back and observed some of my overarching themes, I’ve discovered that there was one thing I consistently manifest into my life: frustration/anger. There are more, of course, but I wanted to address this one because I know it’s something many people wrestle with.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with frustration and anger. It was an emotion that was always just under the surface, quick to make an appearance, but feelings that I also pushed down and ignored which just made them fester and build up into resentment. Due to my repression of these emotions and not feeling them completely and allowing them to move through my body, I naturally manifested more things to be angry and frustrated about. In fact, I spent a very large part of my life with a small chip on my shoulder that just got bigger and bigger as I attracted more of the same to me.

How did I change it? I had to change my tactic in several different areas. First, I had to change my initial reaction to an irritating situation to seeing how it was helping me or how I could be grateful for it. In other words, take time to truly understand why you’re reacting to a situation in a certain way and then make the effort to react differently. That’s not easy and it can take years of hard, introspective work, but that’s the way to get past the brain. Maneuvering your emotions through your heart is a whole other ballgame and this is an area that I’m still working on, but the first step I took was to let myself feel something other than anger. When I unleashed the sadness and depression, I had to reel myself back in and remind myself of the gratitude work I had done. This process has been a vicious cycle at times, but by going through it I have discovered so much about myself and have been able to reclaim pieces of my self-worth that have been long buried.

When dealing with emotions everything feels a little more intense, but when one can learn to flow with the emotions, they become easier to manifest with. I’m going to be honest; this is something I still struggle with, but practice makes it easier!

So, here’s the question: are you brave enough to examine yourself and determine a theme that runs through your life to find what you are attracting naturally? You may find that it’s something that you never thought about or took for granted. For instance, my youngest son can manifest dice rolls when we are playing board games or Mario Party. All you have to do is point out what he needs and he rolls that number about 75% of the time. My husband manifests ease into all areas of his life. From the outside it looks like everything just comes easy for him, but really he is just a creative problem solver and leans into his intuition for all of his encounters.

There are many different pathways to manifestation and there are many ideas, plans and courses on the topic. I find them all to be fascinating, but not all of them work for every single person. Manifestation can be easy and we all do it so naturally, sometimes it’s all a matter of narrowing down the path that works best for you.

How to Plug Up Your Energetic Leaks with the Universal Laws

“Mom, can I have a granola bar?”
“Did you get a chance to wash those shorts I need for tomorrow?”
“Have you ordered groceries yet? I need to add something to the order.”
“What’s for dinner?”

The amount of questions floating around my house each day is staggering to the point of being overwhelming. I’m an extremely organized person, but when it comes to household matters, most days I feel like I’m hanging off the edge of a cliff by my fingernails, hoping a strong wind won’t knock me down into the abyss.

These past two months have felt more difficult than normal as my two boys (seven and eight) have been home for the summer. It could be the stars clanging around in the sky, the state of the world, my lack of organization and inability to get onto a normal routine, but really, it’s just me not managing my energy. I don’t like to admit that it’s all my fault, but it is. My energy is my power. Your energy is your power too.

Have you ever felt so overwhelmed in your life that it gets to the point where the idea of getting out of bed feels exhausting even when you just had a full night’s sleep? Of course you have! Overwhelm is one of those fun parts of being human that we get to deal with, but also one of the things that bring us down and send us into mental spirals that are difficult to navigate.

Here’s the thing about feeling overwhelmed that we humans tend to forget…it’s all mental. Yes, we all have things to get done, some are more vital than others, but how we approach the items on our never-ending lists is the key to success (and survival!)

Let me introduce you to one of my favorite Universal Laws, the Law of Perpetual Transmutation (LoPT). LoPT is here to help you shift that energy and make it work for you instead of against you. Does that sound too good to be true? I thought so too, but once LoPT and I got to know each other I was able to slow down, take my anger down at least three notches and even feel the energy around me. Total game changer.

The Law of Perpetual Transmutation is as simple as this: energy is always transferred from one state to another. Energy is incapable of standing still and has to move in some way, even if it’s just a teeny-tiny bit.

Everything is energy. Thoughts, emotions and actions are energies that are already in motion so they are easier to work with and shift around. That means if we are more intentional with our words, thoughts and actions then our energy is more focused on what we want. When we are more focused with our energy, we can start attracting things we want to manifest into our reality. Here’s the kicker though, before we begin attracting things into our world, we really need to be aware of what our energy is doing first.

I like to imagine that each of us has a little Pyramid of Power inside of us that regulates our energy and keeps it nice and tidy and safe. As we move energy through our core, a frequency is sent out to the Universe to bring us what we want. Great, right? Except that our energy can also leak out of our cores and we need to be aware of them. Energetic leaks are caused by those things in life that take our attention away from what we want to focus on in order to achieve our big dreams.

Energetic leaks are distractions (like social media, surfing on our phones or television), anxiety (fear of what might happen), regret (fixation on what already happened) or even simple things like thinking about laundry or dishes piling up. Energetic leaks happen to all of us but imagine if you could eliminate some of them.

That’s where the LoPT comes in handy. What if instead of thinking about that big presentation you have at work and all of the ways it could go wrong, you visualized it going off without a hitch and getting a promotion from it? Or, what if instead of scrolling on your phone for thirty minutes, you set a time for 10 minutes and then sat in meditation or silence for 20 minutes? These actions would shift the leaks into strands of high vibrations, which are now circulating in your Pyramid of Power and boosting your frequency out to the Universe instead of sucking your energy out into the ether.

The LoPT is not only about moving that energy so that it works with you, but it’s also about becoming aware of your energy. Our energy is our power and our direct communication to the Universe, we don’t want it leaking out; instead, we want it working for us.

The feeling of being overwhelmed can pull us down into a spiral of self-doubt, anxiety and general low vibrations. When that happens, take a moment to think about what your energy is doing and where you actually want it to go. Then, visualize your energy moving into the direction you want it to flow. Changing the direction of the energy is more powerful than you can imagine. These small shifts over time make up the big leaps you want to take towards manifesting your dream life.

The Law of Perpetual Transmutation is difficult to remember, so I’m going to share with you my secret that helps me keep it at the forefront of my brain. Do you remember that song “Eye of the Tiger” from Rocky III, the one where Rocky had to fight Mr. T.? That is the song I listen to when I need to pull my energy into my Pyramid of Power and start redirecting it to where I want it to go. I listen to the song and visualize myself as some kind of predator who is on the hunt. Predators don’t waste energy, they save it until the time is right for the kill.

Should you ever come into my house and hear that song, you will now know that I’m redirecting my annoyance at having to cook dinner (yet again) to something that will help me manifest something greater. Perhaps a personal chef?
